Kelly Consulting & Design provides design and forensic engineering services for residential and light commercial construction throughout Southwestern Virginia and East Tennessee. For new construction, KCD can perform all aspects of site design, building planning, architectural and structural design, and preliminary MEP layouts. For existing buildings, KCD performs investigations to determine existing conditions, ascertain cause(s) of observed damages (wherever possible), and advise the client on various solutions. For construction or repair projects, KCD provides construction support including third-party inspections, quality assurance inspections, and construction contract administration.
In addition, KCD is expanding its online library of literature addressing various aspects of residential and commercial design and construction that the average client...whether homeowner, contractor, architect, or public body...might need to know before hiring an engineer.
